Attached, is a
sample of the letter we must receive from you in order for your organization to be eligible for membership
in Jet Credit Union. This letter must be on your Organization's letterhead, and must be signed by an official in
your company. Your letter should be mailed to Jet Credit Union to forward to the Indiana Department of Financial
Institutions for approval of the addition of your organization to our state charter. We will contact you as
soon as we have been notified of your organization's approval.
